Purchases and Restore
Purchases are handled by Apple. If Pro access does not appear after purchase, open the app and use Restore Purchases with the same Apple ID.
Refund requests are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account in Pindrop from the Account screen. If you cannot access the app, email support from the email address tied to your account and ask for deletion assistance.
Challenges and Referrals
If a challenge code, challenge link, or referral does not work, check that both players use the latest app version. Send the code and a short description to support if the issue continues.
