Data We Process

Pindrop processes the information needed to run the app, keep accounts secure, provide purchases, and improve gameplay quality.

• Account data, such as user ID, email address, and display name.
• Sign in data from Apple or email authentication.
• Gameplay data, such as game sessions, scores, guesses, rounds, challenges, and referrals.
• Purchase and entitlement data, such as product ID and subscription status.
• Product interaction analytics, such as paywall, gameplay, and feature events.
• Support messages you choose to send by email.

How We Use Data

• To create and secure your account.
• To save gameplay progress, scores, challenges, referrals, and quota state.
• To provide Pro purchases, restore purchases, and refresh entitlement status.
• To understand app quality and improve gameplay, onboarding, and monetization flows.
• To respond to support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations and App Store requirements.

Processors and Services

Pindrop uses trusted service providers:

• Supabase for authentication, database storage, and account deletion backend functions.
• Apple for Sign in with Apple, StoreKit purchases, App Store receipts, and App Store distribution.
• Vercel for hosting Maivor web pages, including this policy.

Pindrop uses Apple MapKit for maps. The app does not ask for device location permission.

Tracking

Pindrop does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and Deletion

We keep account and gameplay data while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app from the Account screen. Account deletion removes your Supabase auth user and deletes or anonymizes app data tied to your user ID.

Some records may be kept if required for legal, security, accounting, or App Store purchase reconciliation reasons.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal data.
