What Data We Collect

Contact Form

When you use our contact form, we collect:

Name
Email address
Company name (if provided)
Your message

Your contact message is sent through Resend, our email provider. We keep the message for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, then delete it.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is sent to us via Resend, our email provider, and kept in our email. We have not started sending the newsletter yet, so no mailings go out today. If you want your address removed, email us at daniel@maivor.ai and we will delete it.

Booking

The Cal.com calendar (app.cal.eu) loads only after you click to show it. Cal.com then processes the details you enter for the booking and technical information such as your IP address.

Abuse protection

When you submit the contact form or sign up for the newsletter, we read your IP address to limit attempts to three per minute. The address stays in the server's memory for that minute and is then deleted. It is not written to any database and is not used for anything else.

Analytics and Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to analyze how our website is used. Analytics data is routed through our own domain and processed by Google. No analytics tracking occurs without your consent. You can change your cookie preferences at any time using the banner at the bottom of the page.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We use the following providers to run the website:

Vercel for hosting maivor.ai, including this page
Resend for sending email from the contact form and newsletter signup
Google for visitor statistics via Google Analytics 4, only with your consent
Cal.com for the booking calendar, only once you choose to show it

Vercel, Resend and Google are US companies, so data may be processed outside the EU and EEA. If you want to know which safeguards apply to a given provider, email us at daniel@maivor.ai and we will tell you.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Object to processing
Request data portability

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), https://www.imy.se, the supervisory authority for personal data processing in Sweden.
