Pricing depends on project scope and complexity. We offer everything from hourly consulting to fixed project pricing. The first consultation is always free, where we assess your needs and provide a concrete proposal.

How long does an AI implementation take?

A typical pilot takes 2-4 weeks. Full implementation varies from 4-12 weeks depending on complexity. We focus on delivering value quickly through iterative releases instead of long projects.

Do we need technical expertise in-house?

No. We handle everything technical, from design to implementation and maintenance. You just need to describe your processes and challenges.

Is it safe to use AI with company data?

Yes, as long as it is done properly. We build solutions with encrypted data handling and DPAs where required. Where data is processed depends on which tools the project uses, and it is not automatically within the EU.

What systems can you integrate with?

We design integrations for systems with stable APIs. During discovery, we verify the available API, permissions, data model, and security requirements before proposing an integration.
