About Pindrop

Pindrop is a geography game operated by Maivor AB, Swedish corporate identity number 559539-4726, Sparrgrensgatan 10, 416 54 Goteborg, Sweden. By using Pindrop, you agree to these terms.

Using the App

You may use Pindrop for personal entertainment and learning. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for using the app lawfully.

You may not:

• Abuse, disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the app or backend services.
• Use the app to violate laws or third-party rights.
• Attempt to bypass quotas, purchases, subscriptions, or account limits.
• Share misleading, abusive, or unlawful content through challenge or referral features.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Pindrop may offer paid Pro subscriptions or lifetime purchases through Apple's in-app purchase system. Prices, billing periods, trials, refunds, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple and shown before purchase.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app for purchases made with the same Apple ID.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion in the app from the Account screen. Deletion removes your auth account and deletes or anonymizes app data tied to your user ID, subject to legal, security, accounting, and purchase reconciliation obligations.

Content and Data Sources

Pindrop uses geography data, map data, and image resources from third-party sources. Attribution is shown in the app where required. The app uses Apple MapKit for maps.

Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We try to keep Pindrop reliable, but the app is provided as available and may occasionally contain errors or downtime.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maivor AB is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profit, or losses caused by interrupted access to the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute will be handled by Swedish courts unless mandatory consumer law gives you another forum.
